Nepshire Pvt. Ltd started as an import/export company on 26th of May 2013 in Kathmandu, Nepal and registered under the section 5, Sub-Section 1 of the Companies Act 2006- Nepal. The company started up with a modest paid up capital to export Nepal Made Handicrafts to Australia and the Europe. The company is headed by Mrs. Sofi Gautam who is also the director of Hisi Poly Industries, BID, Kathmandu, Nepal. The company has a limited number of private investors and does not plan to go public anytime soon. The company soon diversified into service industry with Nepshire Services Pvt. Ltd. Then soon after that, seeing the future in power sector, Nepshire also spread itself toward power and transmission (betting on the future of power trading) with Sampradha Power Trading Pvt. Ltd. With the developing Economy and never ending construction works, Nepshire planned to change the work and pace of construction works that are done. So Nepshire entered the construction market with the launch of De Dewani Construction Pvt. Ltd. With the lack of proper value of money for Construction Machineries, planning seeing that the dealer rate would give a better value, Nepshire moved into Heavy Equipment, Vehicle and Machinery trading business with DD Solutions Pvt. Ltd. After Covid, seeing that Nepal could be self-sustaining in Agricultural sector and also in a long run be able to reach a market surplus for export, Nepshire joined other like minded groups into launching Argha Agro Estate Pvt. Ltd. where not only cash crops but also breeding and rearing of farm animals are done. Nepshire still plans on diversification of its portfolio and tap into the fields like education, manufacturing and processing of raw materials for local industries in the future.
